I have a bedroom (or two) for rent.One bedroom or two if you need more space . (all utilities + wifi included) Anyways, available for immediate move in. Two bedrooms will be a couple hundred more. Deposit is equivalent to monthly rent and will go toward your last month’s rent.Currently in the home are my two daughters and myself. The basement is a finished basement so I transitioned it into their bedroom/kids den and they have their own toilet and sink therefore they will be out of your way. However, the shower is shared. My bedroom will be next to yours. My girls go to school M-F, we often have after school activities so generally they are out the house from pm or later and they go to their dad’s every other weekend.
