Looking to rent a room or apartment or go in on bills with somebody. Preferably in the Richmond area, but not opposed to relocating. I’m very clean and keep to myself, but I do have a lb dog. He’s good with people, kids, and other animals. He’s % house trained so no concerns there. I’m a smoker but I don’t like to smoke in the house due to the smell so I always keep it outside.
