I’m posted just off Tampa Bay Blvd, 2 minutes from Raymond James Stadium.
Rent’s $ — split comes out to $, with everything covered except electricity (averages about $/month).
It’s a quick minute drive to UT, or to USF.
I already live at the apartment, so move-in could happen whenever.
