Hello! I have two rooms available for rent in downtown Carmel, Indiana. The room includes your own bathroom, free internet high-speed internet, and access to a shared washer and dryer. Willing to share Netflix, Discovery Plus, Youtube , DoorDash Plus, and Walmart Plus. I have three small, very friendly shih-tzus, and I don’t have any children. I work a lot, so I’m not home often. There’s also a covered, screened-in patio by a pond where you can relax. I’m a -year-old business professional in the tech industry, and I don’t party or have lots of people over, so you can expect a quiet environment.
