This is a room with hardwood floors newly painted and a large closet we shared a bathroom no pets allowed for one person only. a clean mom and daughter looking for a female roommate no drugs allowed someone with a stable job Or full time student this room is very close by LBCC and Cal state LB Cerritos mall and Lakewood mall and Long Beach town center. we have 2 small dogs and a house cleaning lady but if we found the right candidate we are open for male’s roommate too.
