Your bedroom will be approximately. You'll have your private bathroom, two closets, and a storage area within the bathroom. The room is carpeted and has a nook area ideal for a desk. You'll share space with me in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The garage is available if you need storage. There is a washer and dryer on the premises. There are two small patio areas, one in the front of the home and the other in the dining room, to chill. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, has a private gate, and has a big backyard. I have security cameras in the home, one outside and two inside, to keep an eye on the dogs. I'm looking for a long-term roommate who is ready to commit to a twelve-month agreement.This is an All-Inclusive Rent: Covers utilities like electricity, water, and internet.
