About me

I am looking for a house to rent for my son and I. My son lives with me full time. Requirements: -safe -kid friendly -pet friendly -within minutes to Mount Dora -clean :) -atleast a room for me and a room for my son -atleast a bathroom to share lol ..it won’t let me say numbers haha Preference -fenced yard (my son is an outdoor sports kinda guy :) -garage (prefer his sports equipment to be in the garage instead of the house) -washer and dryer -dishwasher -an extra room for an office -each of us to have our own bathroom :) I am forty-one, my son just turned thirteen. He plays travel baseball. We both are very respectful and hard workers :) I work in a rehabilitation facility for brain and spinal cord injuries. Anything else, please feel free to ask :)
