Hey there! So I’m definitely in need of a room for rent in or very close to Coral Springs as both of my jobs are in the Coral Springs area. I’m definitely looking and hoping to find something within the next month as I need to find a room before the end of July. I’m very clean, respectful, entirely drama free, exceedingly kind & compassionate. I’m absolutely more than on board with mutuality in general. I can answer any questions as well as provide multiple references if needed. I’m not only more than capable of maintaining rent but also maintaining household cleanliness. I essentially work majority of my time and typically stay to myself. I do not party apart from maybe the occasional restaurant or bar & grill.
