Hello! I'm a -year-old working in the hospitality industry seeking a room in the $/mo. range. My credit is currently a work-in-progress, but I have been renting for 3 years and am able to provide references and 1+ year of income history (have been at current job since April .) No criminal history and no evictions. I am bisexual so a roommate that is LGBTQ+ friendly is preferred. I am introverted and mostly keep to myself. Don't party, don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs (although I'm okay with others who do Marijuana or smoke), and rarely drink.
