Full sized bed with bedding set, window cover, and mirror. Utilities and internet included. In ground pool free for use in backyard. No pets, since I already have two indoor only cats. I also work from home so appreciate a student or someone who doesn’t make a lot of noise during the day. Hall bathroom next to bedroom, mostly private except for occasional guest use. Kitchen utensils and equipment available for use. Washer/dryer available for use as well. There is a free parking space available in my driveway, protected by motion sense camera and lighting. Active security system on home. First month’s rent, last month’s rent and move in fee (security deposit) are due before move in. Security deposit amount is somewhat negotiable if I find the right person. One year minimum agreement. Proof of income required.
