Hi!! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at the Harbour at OCC starting July 1st. The price does include ALL utilities. It’s a bath double so you share a room and bathroom. My current roommate will only be there until the end of July so if you have someone you want to live with, they can move in starting August!
