New Marble floors installed, can fit a king and sofa in length with alot of space still. (currently unfurnished) but there's a shared loft area as well for relaxation, shared bathroom, shared kitchen space, living and dining room. I'm rarely ever home. Looking for clean roommate and will clean up after themselves. You can bring your bed if you would like or I can get one for you.
