Hi, i’m and looking for a roommate in a b apartment for $ plus utilities ~$ per month in Lutz. It is an unfurnished private room and bathroom. Have to be pet friendly as l have a cat. The apartment complex is a great, safe, and friendly community with many amenities. In order for me to renew the lease l need to find roommate by July 1st and the move in day would be August th as that is the start of the new lease.
