Rent includes water and trash so it varies a little every month.Management fixes everything— literally — from an app. They’ll fix lightbulbs to tub stoppers to changing the window screens with a day or two notice. Laundry in unit. Adjacent to Costco.It would be great to find someone familiar with Asian households or who even speaks Japanese. It’s a shoeless home. He occasionally works from home but mostly on M-F and isn’t really a party person, so he’s hoping for someone who is also on the chiller side — but he loves watching basketball and catching games or MMA fights!Again— No couples.
