Looking for a woman roommate who is responsible and clean for a one year lease () in East Hollywood. Private room with a private bathroom. Interior of apartment is sqft, brand new appliances, a shared half bathroom and a sqft. private roof. Located a few minutes from the freeway, along with grocery stores, restaurants, and more all in walking distance. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and there’s lots of street parking. No dogs, cats are up for discussion, but a maybe since we already have 2 cats. No extra pet fee.We are two sisters who are currently sharing one of the rooms and we only plan on doing this for a year. For this reason, our roommate will be able to use all the throw away items in the shared space (ex. paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) without needing to replace them.
