Its just myself ..my son is in Toronto in university for dentistry. Looking for long term actually VERY LONG TERM..UNTIL I buy a home in a couple of yrs! I have 3 jobs as well as I own my own business in fort St John so in calgary 3 week out of the month great references as well as credit .I am looking for something secure well light NOT A DARK BASMEMENT PLEASE.i have no pets plus laundry is a must! My budget is max with parking eughteen hundred! Most utilities included please. I would love a condo or apt higher floor better. More security for myself the better thanks for reading!
