My name is Pearl, and I work as a nurse. I am looking for one roommate to fill one room in a baths to share a house near Walnut Creek. The house has two living rooms, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a washer, a huge backyard with a deck, and a garage. Water, Garbage included. We split other utilities. It’s in a safe, quiet area neighborhood in a cul de sac, away from busy street, close to restaurants, Ross, Kohl’s, etc. I’ll take the bigger room and will pay more. You’ll have access to the entire house. The cost is $ per month, with your own bathroom. I hope for a long-term lease, with a minimum of one year.
