Hi, I'm Alex, and I recently signed a -month lease for a newly renovated 2-bedroom house in St. Peter's, just minutes from St. Peter's train station and the restaurants, bars, and cafes of Sydney Park and Newtown.
The house has a new kitchen and bathroom, and has been freshly painted. There's a separate laundry room, excellent security (screen door and window grills), and a large, very private yard with a high fence. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, giving the house a spacious, clean, and bright feel.
