Hello, my name is Vicenzo, a student and searching for a new place. I’ve been living in a 2-bedroom with my roommate since but he’s moving back to Calgary and in need of a new place. really chill, I don’t really receive much visitors as my friends and I are more about outdoor activities, I don’t smoke and quite clean, except during my finals. Honestly not looking for anything too crazy, but just somewhere for my own that isn’t too far away from the skytrain which I take to go to school and work.

Hello, my roommate is moving back to his hometown so I’m looking for someone to move-in and take his room. It comes with a bed and a desk, a small private closet and shared bathroom. As of now, the living room isn’t furnished but we can change that together. Utilities aside from WiFi, which is each, come included in the rent. No pets allowed unfortunately, but there is street parking available. The upstairs neighbors don’t really mind some noise as long as it isn’t after 9pm on weekdays.
