Room available August 1st. Current occupant will be moving in with gf. It’s a 4 bedroom, two story condo. Three something’s as of right now (soon to be yr old, and a 5 yr old. Everyone’s schedules are pretty spaced out. There’s a pool, a gym, it’s gated and there’s a back area to hang out in.
