Looking for a subleaser starting in early August (around August 2nd, summer session B through the end of fall quarter.) The room is a triple in a loft, has its own bathroom in the room, and will be shared with two other occupants. The property is oceanside Del Playa and is a house of girls - mostly incoming third years. Rent is $ + utilities. There are some spaces in another room (quads) so if you have others who are interested as well please private message me, but I am mainly looking to fill my spot in the triple :)
