I’m looking to rent out a room. There are two shared bathrooms, shared kitchen, and shared basement. There’s a dishwasher, stove, AC. Parking is in the driveway. Must be okay with living with a cat and no other pets allowed! There are a lot of repairs to be done, estimating move in around August.
