gay male here. Looking to rent out the third floor of my home. It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. I also have an off street parking spot. Drug free, nonsmoking, professionals or graduate students are ideal. I do have two standard poodles. This is a bit discounted for the neighborhood as watching the poodles while I travel is preferred.
