Hi, my name is Bree we have a home located in central Simi. We are looking for a tenant for our room with a private entrance and private bathroom. The room is located on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. It would be its own space enclosed from the rest of the house. No kitchen access but can have microwave in room.
