The apartment itself is smaller but has enough room for everything you need. There is a laundry room shared by the whole building and a maintenance numbet. I’ve just recently moved in so there isn’t much furniture in the living/dining room. The spare bedroom shown is currently being used for storage as I get the place put together, but it will be empty by the time you move in.
