Hi! I’m a master’s student looking for a room to rent while finishing my degree and working various careers from my laptop (marketing, finance). I have family roots in both Orange NJ and the Midwest. I’m considerate and responsible. I’m young (s), but not brand new adult, nor senior age. I love to live life well (within my own means).
