I live in an apartment in a four plex, i use street parking but there is a parking spot for my unit in the back. i have one well behaved dog who hardly ever barks (she is OBSESSED with balls, so they’ll probably be all over) and one cat (who mainly spends his time in my room) so unfortunately can’t take anymore animals. All neighbors are very friendly and overall quiet. There is a washer and dryer on , with rotating days as well as open days for anyone to use with no cost to the tenants. my apartment is filled with a lot of sunlight so electric bill is fairly low as of right-now, and the gas heating stove is fairly cheap as well as i only use it in the winter. I am not a drinker nor a smoker, i like to keep my environment clean and tidy 🧼 and hardly have visitors over. The second room has two windows so you’ll get plenty of sunlight, it has a fairly big closet. i don’t have any pictures upload because it is being used a storage room until i can find a good fit roommate. if you would like pictures, please let me know and i will send them separately.
