Hi guys! I am looking to assign my lease to someone between now and the lease end date mid-end of September. You would have two roommates in a townhouse with your own room, bathroom, and closet. The person would preferrably be female as the other two are. The property is located around Orlando Fashion Square. Rent is about $ with utilities.
