Male. years old. Currently living in MA but working for NYC based trading firm for the last 7 years. Moving back to NY area but not in Manhattan where I previously resided. My situation for a July move changed, as my friend had a family health emergency. Looking to quickly find a roommate (or 2) to get an apartment for a mid June- July move in. Also could be interested in a room that has opened up with the right person! Friends would describe me as energetic, responsible, and caring. I’ve always had good relationships with roommates whether online or friends, so hoping this would be no different! I value my time/privacy and feel I am a good roommate in respecting theirs. Budget max. Prefer less, was finding good bath in the range with parking, large space, etc. I do have a car so would prefer on parking but can get street if needed. Happy to use that to the benefit of my roommate for grocery/errands for better value. I work a hybrid schedule so would prioritize space and a nice living area versus location to bars/restaurants. I’m a good cook too and will make food to share sometimes! Mainly was looking in the heights area and all surrounding it. Open to downtown JC/Hoboken if the price/value is right.
