Conveniently located, all necessary amenities are close by. The tube station is only a 5-minute walk, and there's a large Morrisons, Lidl, and a Co-op nearby (no more than 5 mins away), along with a gym. The financials:-Rent £/month-Council tax £/month (Council tax band C)-We pay a recurring £/month for electricity and energy, but there is a reconciliation once/twice a year.
