Hi I’m Sabrina, a y/o trans 🏳️‍⚧️ girl. I’m looking for roommate(s) to search for a place with me this summer. Obviously you need to be LGBTQIA+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈. I can do up to $ for my part. I would prefer a place in center city, west, nolibs or fishtown. I have a dog so you must be pet friendly! Shes an ESA so it doesnt matter if the place says theyre pet friendly or not. Oh and she’s very good with other animals. I have cute furniture i can bring including a coffee table, couch, reading chair, end tables and high table. I have a pretty big flatscreen also. If we can find something with a patio/balcony then i have some plants too! I also have various wall decor. About me: just moved to Philly last year. I’ve been living in old city. I work as a project manager in economic development mostly with sustainable infrastructure. Hybrid work schedule days home. I have my own desk/pc set up. My office is in Camden. Love dnd but my party hasn’t played in 5 years. Love video games. Love dogs and cats. All animals really. I like making jewelry and do some other crafts. I have a 3d printer I wanna make charms with. Also trying to read more lol. I love nature and anything to do with water like beaches or walking down to the river. Also tidy but not controlling. Haven’t made enough friends to have frequent gatherings lol but I have a couple from when I lived in NJ that I see semi often. Would love to make new friends in the process!
