My husband and I are preparing our new house , we are on the process of completing the muebles that's why it is still empty on the photos, but we are looking for a roommate/now. The apartment is located in Les cortes, veey accesible, near to supermarkets and restaurantes. We could either rent the double or single room depends on your preference or needs, euro(double room ) plus the energy consumptions or Euro (single). For double room we can accept 2ladies and for single it's for lady also, sorry that we can't accept man, we just have a preference.I will post the new photos ones everything is ready soon.
