Hello, my name is Barbara and I am looking for a mature female roommate. The room is in a gated North Fort Myers community and you will have the front bedroom and bath (front window in photo) plus use of an open living room/kitchen/dining. There are also grocery/supply cupboards and refrigerator, plus washer/dryer for your use. The house is handicap accessible, covered parking for your vehicle, storage in the attached tool shed and use of front/back screen porches. Located in an upscale community with no trailers, tents etc. opposite the park square that has tennis/pickleball courts and picnic facilities. Other facilities include a clubhouse, gym room, pool, hot tub, shaded picnic areas, golf practice /hole and some sponsored community activities. A monthly house cleaning lady, yardman/mower are included in the rent. Due to allergies, I cannot have a smoker/roomie and no more pets since there is one animal already in the house. Once approved by the Community Manager, you will receive a company gate opener and a separate swim pass key. The park is close to several shopping areas including grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, movie theatre, and drug stores on Highway 4l. There is a city bus stop outside the community gate if needed. Fire department is one block away in case of falls or ambulance needs. There are also three major hospitals/medical offices close by. This community is in North Ft Myers. It is gated as mentioned, has security rounds by police and registered staff. The house and contents (including your possessions) are fully insured and has top rating for bad weather. (After two hurricanes in the past two years, only a corner downspout was dislodged by flying debris).
