Serious inquiries only, leased by Vinebrook homes, will require screening (relatively lax, background check, no evictions in the last year) and meeting income requirements (3xrent) when combined with my current roommate's income. Rent listed is the total, utilities is total avg per month (water, electric, and gas), and move-in fee to be paid to me directly to buy me out of my deposit. I will pay the entirety of my half of June rent on the first and what the sublessee owes will be pro-rated based on move-in date, also to be paid to me, unless move-in happens to be June 1st. Then sublessee and my current roommate will pay rent through the portal to Vinebrook. Living area is furnished.
