Hi! My name is Charlie and I’m currently looking for roommates/a room to rent starting June th or July 1st. My price range for a room is $, but I’m willing to be flexible. I’m very interested in the Bed-Stuy area,but I’m open to other neighborhoods like Williamsburg, Bushwick,and even lower Eastside or Murray Hill but I don’t know if I can find a place there in my price point. More about me, I’m , and I’m a recent graduate from university of Oregon, where I majored in Environmental Studies. I recently moved to NYC from California in April, for a job as an environmental researcher. I am currently subleasing a room in Clinton Hill.In my off time, I love making drinks, hanging out with friends, running, arts and crafts, and exploring the city. Another few details about me •I don’t have any pets and don’t plan on getting any. However, I love animals, especially cats. •I am open to a bunch of roomates, especially girls, my job is a boys club and would love to live in an apartment with a bunch of girls. •I keep my area super clean!
