Hello, my name is Akishara Liyanage, and I am an international student currently studying at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. I am originally from Sri Lanka, where my family runs several established businesses. I actively support and help manage these businesses remotely while continuing my studies in Australia.
In addition to that, I also own residential properties in Sri Lanka and earn stable rental income from them. This allows me to financially support myself and consistently meet rental commitments in Australia. I am a quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant who values a clean and peaceful living environment.
