I am looking for either a studio apartment or a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom in a shared flat, or students housing with the following preferences:
Location: Preferably in student-friendly or well-connected neighborhoods such as Nomentano, Flaminio, Salario, Trieste or Tuscolano, with easy access to public transport. Proximity to LUISS University would be a plus.
Budget: € per month, inclusive of utilities (Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity) if possible.
Amenities: Fully/Partially furnished, with a private bathroom (for a room or studio), kitchen access, and ideally air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Lease Term: months, from September to July .
Additional Preferences: A safe, vibrant area suitable for students, with access to local amenities like supermarkets, cafes, or parks. Non-smoking properties preferred.
