Hi, my friend Jolyne and I welcome applications for one more person to join us in a 3 bedroom ^_^ We're both queer young professionals moving into the city for the first time, looking to make friends, explore cool spots, and foster a harmonious living space. You'll be a great fit if you're looking to move in early July for a twelve month lease, have a budget between sixhundred and twelve hundred, and are cool with living near one of the major parks (Fairmount, Wissahickon Valley, Tacony, Woodland Cemetery, or Pennypack).
