I have a room on the Upper East that is spacious and holds a queen size bed. Rent is $ and utilities are around $. Hulu, paramount+, Disney+, hbo max, netflix and Apple TV all include. The apartment is large. I am quiet and tidy. I do have 2 cats but they are also tidy and very friendly. I am looking for someone to move in ASAP with a 1 year lease.
