I have a room available with private entry, and bathroom right next to the bedroom. Laundry available outside of the unit, parking, pool, 5 mins to highway. A few minutes drive to the beach. Furnished with a bed, a mattress, a lamp and small refrigerator. Access to the kitchen if needed. Twelve months or more. First and last month plus security deposit. Available July 1st.
