I am renting out one of the spare bedrooms in my 2k sq foot house in Spanish Springs. Full bathroom will be completely your own, as well as shared access to the full kitchen, office, laundry room, and garage storage. I do have a 4 year old border collie mix. She is excitable around cats, so if your cats are scared of dogs it would not be a great fit. She’s great around people, kids, and other dogs. I am looking for another female roommate if possible. There won’t be a lot of rules, just general decency and cleanliness and quiet hours after 9pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. The room will not be furnished. More pictures to come!
