Hello, I’m Raquel years old professional seeking potential roommates to rent a house together in the antelope valley. Apartment are tiny and overpriced, rooming in someone else’s home can be incredibly stressful and uncomfortable. I’m wanting to make the best of both worlds for me and my dog, a safe and spacious home with the cost split evenly amongst other young professionals. I’m easy going, as long as we get the rent in on time, we have reasonable quite hours and a generally maintain space everything else is fair game.
Ideally I’d like to get a ground of of us, prefer other woman but open men. Utilities and rent would be split ways depending on the number of individuals. Couples welcome, preferably no cat.
