I need a one story home with an extra bedroom. Preferably furnished. $ per month is $ extra than I planned to spend. I’m getting a divorce! I am a writer and may be going back to school to get a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Or some business degree. I have a small dog, she is a Jack Russell mix that I rescued. Simone is very shy but sweet. I’m quiet, (neat and clean after I move in) moving makes a mess. I hope to be your roommate for at least a year and one day. Divorce takes that long in NC. I need back surgery. I’m not walking that great right now. All I can handle is a one story home. I love fun! Laugh easily, I have a good sense of humor. I’m honest, love open communication when problem solving. It’s just saying it out loud the first time that’s difficult! Maybe we can just POINT at it at first? Thanks for your time.
