I am a professional who works from home and enjoys walking my Great Pyrenees. She is very friendly, loves people, and playing at the dog park. The townhouse is located on a corner with north Park as the back yard view. This is a 3 bedroom and 3 bath town house. The 3rd bedroom is used as an office. Looking for a female roommate to rent the furnished bedroom with a private bath across the hall, and washer/dryer next to the room. (upstairs) The garage has weights, mats, and the total gym as shared space. You can use the the fridge in the garage as well as space in the kitchen fridge and plenty of space in the pantry. If you need an office space, I do have my office that is available frequently. This is a no drama, smoke free, drug free, clean up after yourself place, you can call home.
