Hi everyone! I’m a year old female in search of a roommate to move into my bath apartment in North Natomas at the end of July/August 1st. It’s a spacious sq ft apartment located on the 3rd floor with a washer dryer in unit. There’s an elevator in the building, a storage unit on the property, as well as a covered parking spot. The property has a really nice pool and a gym as well. It’s very close to lots of resturaunts and shopping, and just a quick drive to the airport and downtown Sacramento! Base rent is $ but ranges from $ to about $ with all the utilities. In need of a respectful, CLEAN roommate who is okay with cats (I have 2) They are very loving and friendly. I take care of their litter boxes but need help feeding them in the mornings when I’m gone. I fly for a living so I’m gone at least 2 nights a week which means you’ll have lots of time to yourself! The only kicker is I work really early mornings so I need someone who can respect a quiet time on the nights before I work. A little about me, I’m a Sacramento native born and raised. Work takes me all over the country so I enjoy being in my space when I’m home. I like to read, spend time with friends and family, hit the gym, and get outside. LGBTQ+ friendly.
