Hello! I’m an IU senior looking for roommates for the school year! I’ve lived here in the Sherwood Green neighborhood since my sophomore year. It’s located on the south side of Bloomington. I have it decently furnished all around. I prefer a clean space and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. We have three bedrooms upstairs, and one downstairs. Prices per room are around $ 7, but ranges bc the room sizes are significantly different. The only downside is free street parking (1 min walk max). I’m also allergic to cats and dogs. There is also a neighborhood pool. I’m a bio major and I love to go out! Lmk if you’re interested.
