I’m Nihal, reaching out to express my interest in joining your flat! I’m nearing my mid-s, moving to Australia for my Master’s, and will be working part-time alongside uni.
Here’s a little about me and why I think I’d be a great fit for your place:
- My family back home relies on rental income, so I get the importance of rent on time and being respectful of the space. I always clean up after myself and help keep the place tidy.
- I’m a pretty sociable person. I enjoy going on walks, dancing, hitting up concerts or the beach and I’ve got some solid indie playlists, if you're ever in the mood for a vibe shift.
- Currently levelling up my cooking game! While I can definitely bring some Indian flavours to the table, I love experimenting with different cuisines. I’m happy cooking solo or sharing meals.
- Totally understand the need for boundaries and downtime. I’ll always respect everyone’s privacy and routines.
