I'm Jason, my wife is Cristina, our pup is Louie. We are years old, our pup is 1. We are looking for 2 roommates. The rooms available are , private closet, and private full bathroom. We have a large backyard, there are 2 living rooms, and the garage has a room in it for a roommate to make their own. A roommate can also do whatever they would like with the 2nd living room. We share the main living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. We have 2 full size refrigerators, we use 1 the other would be available for the roommates. We also have an extra mini fridge a roommate could use and a separate freezer we share. There are beautiful hiking trails in the neighborhood, as well as a park. The neighbors here are also very friendly. We're in a pretty safe, quiet, and scenic neighborhood.The rooms will be available July 1st, rent is $, utilities included. Security Deposit is $.
