Hi! I'm a professional, currently working steady in Torrance. I lived in the South Bay for years. I'm kind, clean ,very quiet, respectful, reliable and always pay rent on time. I usually cook on the weekend to prep for my weekday lunches, dinner and breakfast. I occasionally cook once during the week and coordinate with roommates. I never leave a mess. I'm active and enjoy spending time with my friends at the beach marina on boats. Once a year I like having friends over for a barbeque. I have don't have sleep overs. I have no pets, but love them. I'm looking forward to a stable room and long term.
