My name is Eirini Nikolakopoulou, I am years old, and together with my partner, Konstantinos Mereos (), we are relocating to the Utrecht area this August to begin our master’s studies at Utrecht University. I will be studying Business Informatics, and Konstantinos will pursue a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence. We are currently looking for a private, self-contained studio or apartment (not shared accommodation), suitable for two people, with registration possible for both tenants. We plan to stay for a minimum of two years. We are open to options in Utrecht as well as surrounding areas such as Zeist, Amersfoort, and similar. Our preferences are: Furnished apartments with a budget of up to € per month (including utilities) Unfurnished apartments with a budget of up to € per month (including utilities), provided they include essential appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, washing machine, and preferably a dishwasher We are quiet, tidy, and responsible tenants with no pets. Our combined gross monthly income is approximately €, supported by part-time work, savings, and guarantors. As we are currently abroad and will remain so until our relocation in August, we would greatly appreciate the possibility of viewing apartments via video call.
